Steven Jenney- President, CEO

Steve has been involved in the restoration industry for over 25 years. Serving as Director of Operations here at Oceanside for over 20 years and having worked previously as an Insurance Adjuster for a local adjustment firm, Steve brings a multitude of experience in settling claims from both sides of the claim process. In 2012, Steve had the opportunity to purchase Oceanside, Inc. and brought with him a team of restoration specialists both knowledgeable and experienced on setting high standards and following through on that promise. Mr. Jenney holds a Mass. Construction Supervisors license as well as many other certifications. Steve has been a Cape Cod resident all of his life. Steve and Eileen are residents of West Barnstable with their blended family of 5 children, Brittany, Shawn, Ryan, Kaley, Courtney and three dogs.






Eileen Kennedy- Finance/Marketing Executive Director

25+ years of customer service and marketing experience, Eileen’s diverse background in Corporate Marketing and Sales lends itself in positioning Oceanside as Cape Cod’s leading Restoration Company. Eileen has built strong relationships with insurance companies, agents, adjusters and vendors over the years and is an active member of the MA Association of Insurance Women’s Association, Cape Cod Insurance Agents Association as well as the Hyannis Chamber of Commerce. In her accounting role, her  primary day-to-day responsibility is planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.  Both Eileen & Steve spend time with family and friends and love playing golf in their spare time as often as possible and are active members of The Ridge Club in Sandwich, MA

Sheree Lancaster- Director of Operations

Sheree is Oceanside’s Director of Operations. Sheree is IICRC certified in water damage restoration and also certified in mold remediation with over 10 years of restoration experience. In addition her experience also includes a background in project management for building trades and construction/remodeling sales, all of which are valuable experience in this industry. Sheree has the attention to detail required to oversee the scheduling of our crews and projects. With the empathy necessary in handling calls for customer service, she can help with any inquiry. Sheree takes great pride in building personal relationships with our customers during the process of their property restoration. Sheree and her husband Paul live in Marstons Mills with their daughter Jade and two pups Keagan & Abby.

Steven Tessier- Estimator/Project Manager

Steve started his career as a designer/project manager for Motorola handling build outs all over the country. Entering the restoration business 14 years ago, his drive to succeed, competitiveness, and work ethic make him an invaluable purchase strattera online asset to the Oceanside family. Steve holds a Mass Construction Supervisors license and holds a Mass Hoisting License. He visits potential jobs, forecasts the expense and scope of projects, and works closely with both customers and insurance adjusters. Whether large or small, Steve can handle all your restoration needs. A resident of Middleboro with his wife, Steve is the proud father of 2 sons and 2 grandchildren.

 Joseph Kennedy- Estimator/Project Manager

Joining our Oceanside team in 2012, Joe brings a strong background in sales and customer service. The former owner/operator of a large irrigation company here on the Cape for 20 years, Joe strives to ensure all of his customers are happy and satisfied with our services and workmanship and brings charisma and a great sense of work ethic to the Oceanside team.
Joe both acts as project manager and estimator seeing projects from the initial emergency response to final repairs and works closely with insurance adjusters to settle claims. An avid sports fan, Joe lives in West Barnstable with his wife and their 3 children and 2 dogs.

Peter Laroche – Estimator/Project Manager

Peter is a Project Manager/Estimator with Oceanside. He works closely with the customers and subcontractors making sure each job is running smoothly and efficiently as well as working alongside the crew at the job site. Peter has extensive experience in the remodeling field and is the lead projector manager overseeing developments such as Ocean Edge Condominiums in Brewster and our commercial restoration account with TD Banks/Johnson Controls. A resident of Centerville, Peter is a proud dad of two children, Erin and Jake.

Brian Ferreira -Estimator Project Manager

Brian joined the Oceanside team in November 2014 as a Project Manager.  Brian worked previously as an insurance adjuster for a local adjustment firm and knows how to write and settle insurance claims.  Mr. Ferreira heads up our Martha’s Vineyard division as well as on handling claims throughout the Cape. Married to his wife Kim and three daughters, Brian is also Head Coach for the Falmouth High School girl’s hockey team as well as having a stint with the Boston Bruins himself.

Holly L. Dosick

Marketing Representative

An insurance industry veteran, Holly has 20 years of combined agency & marketing experience. Holly’s primary focus is building and maintaining strategic business relationships with agents, insurance carriers, Third Party Administrative companies, and other related restoration industry tradesmen. She spearheads the efforts to develop and retain clients by exemplifying Oceanside Restoration’s commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction.
With husband Barry, Holly lives in Sagamore Beach, MA.
